In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please use the Help topic box to select the correct category when submitting a ticket.
For example:  If you want to report a pot hole,  select the Streets / Pothole in the drop down box.
Also please put in a reachable phone number so we can contact you about the issue.
EXAMPLE:

If you need immediate police or fire assistance please call 911. We will respond to your request as soon as we can.
